    A Bill to amend Section 7-13-70, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the appointment of county commissioners of elections, so as to delete provisions requiring the State Election Commission to verify the appointees as representing certain political parties and provide a procedure for the verification to be made to the county legislative delegation by the county political party.
