S 0886 General Bill, By Wilson and M.T. Rose
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 16-13-225 so as to prohibit a person using or authorizing the use of public funds, employees, material, equipment, services, or any other public property valued at more than two hundred dollars for private use or benefit other than in the lawful performance of official duties, and to provide penalties for violation.
