    A Bill to amend Section 44-53-110, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to narcotics and controlled substances, so as to include in the definition of counterfeit substance any substance represented, sold, or offered for sale as being a controlled substance which in fact is not a controlled substance; and to amend Section 44-53-390, relating to the same subject, so as to include among the activities which are unlawful the selling or offering for sale of a counterfeit substance as defined in Section 44-53-110.
