    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 7-15-330, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO APPLICATIONS TO VOTE AN ABSENTEE BALLOT, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT PURSUANT TO SECTION 704 OF THE HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT, FEDERAL POST CARD APPLICATIONS MAY BE USED BY OVERSEAS AND MILITARY UNITED STATES CITIZENS FOR THE NEXT TWO REGULARLY SCHEDULED GENERAL ELECTIONS OCCURRING FROM THE DATE OF SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION.
