    A Bill to amend Section 50-11-70, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to field trials, so as to provide that the South Carolina Wildlife and Marine Resources Department shall promulgate regulations to permit and regulate field trials, to provide for field trials for the pursuit of furbearers during the closed season until such time as the regulations are promulgated, and to repeal Section 50-11-80 relating to the taking of game in field trials.
