    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 2-7-55 SO AS TO REQUIRE THE CODE COMMISSIONER TO ANNOTATE IN THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS ALL UNPUBLISHED FEDERAL OPINIONS DECIDED IN THE DISTRICT HAVING AN EFFECT ON THE INTERPRETATION OR INVALIDATIONS OF SOUTH CAROLINA STATUTES WHICH HAVE BEEN SENT TO HIM BY THE CHIEF FEDERAL DISTRICT JUDGE.
