    A Bill to amend Sections 44-21-830 and 44-21-835, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to county mental retardation boards, so as to further provide for the manner in which these county boards of mental retardation may be created after July 1, 1990, and for the membership of these boards and to authorize the continuance of county boards established before this date.
