    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 56, TITLE 33, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE SOLICITATION OF CHARITABLE FUNDS ACT, BY ADDING SECTION 33-56-45 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A FIRE DEPARTMENT MAY COMPLY WITH THE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS IF ANNUALLY THE LOCAL GOVERNING BODY SINGLY REGISTERS AND PAYS A SINGLE ANNUAL FEE FOR MULTIPLE FIRE DEPARTMENTS WITHIN ITS JURISDICTION, AND TO REQUIRE THAT AN INDIVIDUAL FIRE DEPARTMENT KEEP NECESSARY RECORDS ON FORMS PROVIDED BY THE SECRETARY OF STATE.-AMENDED TITLE
