    A Bill to enact the South Carolina Mountain Ridge Protection Act of 1984 which prohibits the construction of or the providing of utility services to tall buildings or structures on protected mountain ridges, to provide the manner in which the above provisions apply to existing tall buildings and structures as defined by this Act, to provide that the Department of Parks, Recreation and Tourism shall provide certain assistance under this Act, to authorize civil remedies in the event of a violation of this Act, and to provide criminal penalties for violations.-amended title
