    A Bill to amend Section 24-21-290, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the information obtained by a probation officer, so as to delete the provision for the information to be privileged and not receivable as evidence in court and to provide for the disclosure of the information and data in a person's parole record upon request.
