    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 12-37-224 so as to provide for the ad valorem property tax exemption of property to which the State or its political subdivision, a county, or a municipality, due to an emergency, relocates the offices of one of its agencies or departments performing judicial functions.
