    A Bill to amend Sections 9-1-470 and 9-1-480, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the eligibility of membership in the State Retirement System, so as to provide that any nonprofit corporation created under the provisions of Chapter 35 of Title 33, for the purposes of supplying the water and sewer, is eligible for membership in the system and provide that if the corporation becomes a member of the system, its employees shall join the system as a condition of employment
