    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 50-21-170 so as to provide that changes in federal law or regulations relating to boating must automatically and immediately be reflected in regulations of the South Carolina Wildlife and Marine Resources Department and the changes must be published in the next issue of the State Register.
