AN ACT TO AMEND SECTION 22-2-190, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO JURY AREAS FOR MAGISTRATE COURTS, SO AS TO REVISE A JURY AREA IN FLORENCE COUNTY.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:
Jury area revised
SECTION 1. Section 22-2-190(21) of the 1976 Code is amended by adding at the end:
"Provided, however, that all lanes of that portion of U.S. Highway 76 in Florence County lying between the intersection of Road 107 and Road 106 is deemed to be within the Timmonsville Magisterial District."
Time effective
SECTION 2. This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
Ratified the 26th day of May, 1999.
