A bill

to amend the South Carolina Code of Laws BY REPEALING SECTION 59-63-350 RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENT THAT LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS CONTACT THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S SCHOOL SAFETY PHONE LINE WHEN CERTAIN CRIMES ARE COMMITTED ON SCHOOL PROPERTY AND RELATED SCHOOL ACTIVITIES.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina:

SECTION 1.    Section 59-63-350 of the S.C. Code is repealed.

SECTION 2.   This act takes effect upon approval by the Governor.
