    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-16-20, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE PROHIBITION AGAINST THE IMPORTATION OF CERTAIN WILDLIFE INTO THIS STATE WITHOUT A PERMIT FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT NO PERSON MAY RELEASE A NONDOMESTIC MEMBER OF THE SUIDAE (PIG) FAMILY INTO THE WILD, TO PROVIDE PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE PERSON IS FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ECONOMIC OR OTHER DAMAGE CAUSED AS A RESULT OF THE RELEASE.
