    A Bill to amend Sections 38-77-1120, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions under the "Motor Vehicle Theft and Motor Vehicle Insurance Fraud Reporting-Immunity Act", and 23-41-20, relating to definitions under the South Carolina Arson Reporting-Immunity Act, so as to provide that "authorized agency", or "authorized agencies", includes the United States Department of Justice and its Federal Bureau of Investigation.
