    A Bill to amend Act 292 of 1987, as amended, relating to the authorized tax millage for school purposes in York County, so as to increase this authorized millage; and to increase the amount of millage which the Board of Trustees of any school district in York County may levy over that of the previous year without approval of the qualified electors of the district in a referendum.
