    A Joint Resolution to amend Section 136, Part I, Act 540 of 1986 (Appropriations Act), relating to the requirement that all federal funds received must be deposited in the State Treasury and withdrawn as needed, in the same manner as that provided for the disbursement of state funds, so as to exempt from the provisions of this Section law enforcement agencies receiving federal funds under the provisions of 21 U.S.C.A. Section 881(e) and to require these agencies to receive written approval of the Budget and Control Board after review by the Joint Appropriations Review Committee prior to the expenditure of any federal monies received.
