A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 14-7-135 so as to provide, in each county containing a city having more than seventy thousand population, a procedure for preparing jury lists; and to amend Section 14-7-130, as amended, relating to the preparation of jury lists in the circuit court, so as to revise the procedure for preparing the jury lists and make the provisions effective upon the ratification of a constitutional amendment permitting the same.
