    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 5-31-237 so as to provide that a commission of public works may be abolished by ordinance of the governing body of the municipality and its powers, duties, responsibilities, assets, and liabilities transferred to the municipal governing body.
