    A Bill to amend Section 43-3-40, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the selection, salary, and duties of the County Director of the Department of Social Services, so as to authorize the Commissioner of the Department of Social Services to have exclusive authority over personnel actions concerning the County Director and to authorize the Commissioner to assign duties to the County Director.
