H 2222 General Bill, By D.M. McEachin
    A Bill to amend Section 56-1-80, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to an application for a driver's license, so as to provide that the person so applying shall state on the application the motor vehicles owned by him and the state where each is registered and licensed; to amend Section 56-3-220, relating to dealer "sold" cards, so as to further provide for the information which must be contained on these cards; and to amend Section 56-3-2320, relating to dealer and wholesaler license plates, so as to provide that these plates may not be used on vehicles owned by the dealer or wholesaler which are kept primarily for personal use of the dealer or wholesaler, any of his officers or employees, or any of his family.
