    A Bill to amend Chapter 27 of Title 38, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to insurance premium service companies, by adding Section 38-27-150 so as to provide that insurance agents may be reimbursed by premium service companies for expenses and services rendered in preparing, processing, and handling premium service agreements.
