    A Bill to amend Section 12-39-260, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the recording and endorsement of sales or conveyances of real property by the county auditor, so as to require the auditor to record the use of land; and to amend Section 30-5-80, relating to the endorsement by the auditor on deeds of conveyance of real property, so as to require the deed to be accompanied by a statement, to provide for the contents of the statement, and to provide for the duties of the register of mesne conveyances and the clerk of court relative to the statement.
