    A Bill to amend Section 16-3-1120, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Crime Victim's Compensation Fund, so as to provide that the expenses of administering this Fund, the Victim/Witness Assistance Program, and the Victims and Witnesses' Bill of Rights must be provided by the General Assembly in the annual General Appropriations Act.
