A Bill to amend Article 5, Chapter 23, Title 16, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to miscellaneous offenses involving weapons, by adding Section 16-23-530 so as to make it unlawful to intentionally discharge a weapon across a public road, and provide a penalty for violation and to exempt from the provisions of this Section any law enforcement officer in the lawful exercise of his official duties.
