    A Bill to amend Section 42-9-400, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Workers' Compensation Law and the manner in which the employer or the insurance carrier must be reimbursed from the Second Injury Fund when disability results from preexisting impairment and subsequent injury, so as to provide that any employer operating in violation of Section 42-1-310 is not eligible for reimbursement from the Second Injury Fund.
