    A Concurrent Resolution commending and congratulating our friend and colleague, the Honorable Thomas N. Rhoad, upon being honored by Denmark Technical College with the naming of Rhoad Hall in recognition of his dedication to improving the quality of education and to designate Monday, April 27, 1987, as "Tom Rhoad Day" in Bamberg County.
