    A Bill to amend Act 745 of 1967, as amended, relating to Western Carolina Regional Sewer Authority so as to add a new area to the district, and provide that this new area may not become part of the Authority until the execution of an agreement by the Authority, the Anderson County Sewer Authority, and Anderson County, with respect to the installation of collection lines within this new area.
