    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 38-73-733 so as to provide that when an automobile insurance premium increase is caused by the assessment of points against a person's driving record, the amount of the increase must be eliminated when such points are removed from the driving record.
