    A Bill to amend Chapter 15 of Title 16, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to offenses against morality and decency by adding Section 16-15-450, so as to make it a felony for any person to fertilize female animals with human sperm, to attempt this fertilization, or to engage in research or conduct experiments regarding this fertilization, to provide penalties for violations, and to add violations of Section 16-15-450 to the list of crimes classified as felonies by Section 16-1-10.
