    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 39-41-270 so as to require the Department of Agriculture to require pumps which dispense gasoline to be labeled with a specific amount of ethyl, methyl, or other form of alcohol which is mixed with the gasoline.
