H 3252 General Bill, By M. McLeod, J.M. Baxley, L. Blanding, G.A. Brown and J.T. McElveen
    A Bill to require the Department of Health and Environmental Control to charge a ten thousand dollar fee for the issuance of a permit for the burial of hazardous waste at one location, to provide that the time period for the issuance of this permit may not exceed twenty years, and to provide that the period used in calculating this time must begin on the date the hazardous waste is buried and include the time that has run under any interim permits issued by the Department.
