    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 4-3-2, so as to provide that a geographic coordinate used to define a point on a county boundary utilizes the coordinate system provided in Chapter 2 of Title 27 and must control if physical features also are used to describe the location of a point are different; to amend Sections 4-3-280 and 4-3-480, relating to boundaries of Greenville and Spartanburg Counties, so as to redefine these boundaries.
