S 0346 General Bill, By Land, Leatherman and I.E. Lourie
    A Bill to amend Section 42-9-290, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the amount of Workers' Compensation for the death of an employee due to an accident, so as to provide for a minimum weekly payment of not less than seventy-five dollars a week, rather than not less than twenty-five dollars a week.
