    A Bill to amend Section 40-11-70, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to meetings of the Licensing Board for Contractors, so as to require the Board to meet quarterly instead of semiannually, to require the Board to elect officers at its general meeting instead of its April meeting, and to increase from three to four the number of members which constitutes a quorum.
