    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 50-11-515, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE USE OF WILD TURKEY FEATHERS IN ART, SO AS TO ALLOW FOR THE USE OF WILD TURKEY PARTS, TO ESTABLISH A LABEL REQUIREMENT, TO PROVIDE THAT THIS PROVISION DOES NOT AUTHORIZE THE SALE OF WILD TURKEY MEAT AND TO DELETE PROVISIONS PROHIBITING THE SALE OF PARTS OF WILD TURKEYS.
