    A BILL TO AMEND ACT 340 OF 1967, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE CREATION OF THE CHARLESTON COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE CHARLESTON COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT SHALL RECEIVE ANNUAL WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION FROM A MUNICIPALITY BEFORE THE DISTRICT MAY PARK MORE THAN TWENTY-FIVE BUSES ON A PROPERTY THAT THE DISTRICT OWNS OR LEASES WITHIN THAT MUNICIPALITY.
