    A BILL TO AMEND SECTIONS 56-3-1110 AND 56-3-1120, BOTH AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE ISSUANCE OF SPECIAL LICENSE PLATES TO WARTIME DISABLED VETERANS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A SPECIAL LICENSE PLATE MAY BE ISSUED TO A WARTIME DISABLED VETERAN WHO ALSO IS THE RECIPIENT OF THE PURPLE HEART, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE DISTINCTIVE PURPLE HEART INSIGNIA BE IMPRINTED ON IT.
