    A Bill to amend Chapter 23, Title 57, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to highway beautification and scenic routes, by adding Article 9 so as to designate a certain portion of Long Point Road in Charleston County as a scenic highway; by adding Article 11 so as to designate a certain portion of Mathis Ferry Road in Charleston County as a Scenic Highway; by adding Article 13 so as to designate Riverland Drive in Charleston County as a scenic highway; and by adding Article 15 so as to designate Ft. Johnson Road in Charleston County as a scenic highway, to prohibit the removal of certain trees located within the highway rights-of-way of these scenic highways, and to prohibit all new off-premises outdoor advertising on the scenic highways.-amended title
