    A Bill to amend Section 5-7-155, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to police jurisdiction over streets and highways in municipalities, so as to provide that any street or highway serving as a boundary between two municipalities is under the police jurisdiction of both municipalities regardless of the municipality in which the street or highway is located.
