    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 38-71-145, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO REQUIRED COVERAGE FOR MAMMOGRAMS BY INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE POLICIES AND HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION POLICES, SO AS TO REQUIRE SUPPLEMENTAL COVERAGE FOR BREAST ULTRASOUND SCREENING WHEN A MAMMOGRAM DEMONSTRATES HETEROGENEOUS OR DENSE BREAST TISSUE, AND TO REQUIRE A MAMMOGRAPHY REPORT INCLUDING SPECIFIC INFORMATION BE PROVIDED TO A PATIENT WHO RECEIVES THIS ULTRASOUND SCREENING.
