A Bill to make it unlawful for a club, organization, or association of whatever kind, whether private or not, to deny admittance, service, or membership to a person because of the person's race or color, to provide a penalty, and to make the provisions of this Act applicable to all persons or entities which aid or abet a violation of this Act.
