HASKINS MEMORIAL BRIDGE" IN HONOR OF THIS LATE DISTINGUISHED SOUTH CAROLINIAN AND TO ERECT APPROPRIATE SIGNS OR MARKERS ALONG THIS PORTION OF HIGHWAY CONTAINING THE WORDS "TERRY E. HASKINS MEMORIAL BRIDGE".
