    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-17-150 SO AS TO ALLOW A SCHOOL BOARD TO IMPLEMENT VIDEO SURVEILLANCE IN CERTAIN AREAS ON PUBLIC SCHOOL PROPERTY; AND TO PROVIDE THAT A SCHOOL BOARD SHALL ADOPT WRITTEN PROCEDURES TO GOVERN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THESE VIDEO CAMERAS.
