    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 6-9-60, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA BUILDING CODES COUNCIL, SO AS TO SPECIFY THAT THE REPRESENTATIVE ON THE COUNCIL FROM THE MANUFACTURED HOUSING INSTITUTE MUST BE A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE MODULAR BUILDING INDUSTRY AND TO ADD A CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TO THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE COUNCIL, TO MAKE ALL MEMBERS VOTING MEMBERS, AND TO PROVIDE THAT THE COUNCIL MUST MEET AT LEAST TWO TIMES A YEAR.-amended title
