    AN ACT TO CREATE A SOUTH CAROLINA AFFORDABLE HOUSING STUDY COMMITTEE COMPRISED OF INDIVIDUALS FROM A VARIETY OF DISCIPLINES WHO ARE TRAINED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN AFFORDABLE HOUSING NEEDS AND WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO RECOMMEND LEGISLATIVE CHANGES, IF APPROPRIATE TO THE GOVERNOR AND GENERAL ASSEMBLY, RELATED TO AFFORDABLE HOUSING ISSUES IN THE STATE, AND TO PROVIDE FOR ITS DISSOLUTION UPON THE FILING OF IT RECOMMENDATIONS. - ratified title
