    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, SO AS TO ENACT THE "EQUIVALENT WAGE ACT", BY ADDING SECTION 41-1-105 SO AS TO PROHIBIT ANY STATE AGENCY FROM PAYING DIFFERENT WAGES FOR COMPARABLE WORK AND SKILLS BASED UPON GENDER AND TO REQUIRE RETROACTIVE REIMBURSEMENT FOR A VIOLATION.
