    AN ACT TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING ARTICLE 3 TO CHAPTER 45, TITLE 40 ENTITLED THE "PHYSICAL THERAPY LICENSURE COMPACT"; TO PROVIDE FOR THE ENTRY OF SOUTH CAROLINA INTO THIS MULTI-STATE COMPACT, TO PROVIDE FOR THE STRUCTURE, FUNCTIONS, POWERS, AND DUTIES OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE COMPACT; TO PROVIDE THE OBLIGATIONS, BENEFITS, AND RIGHTS OF COMPACT MEMBERS; AND TO DESIGNATE THE EXISTING PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 45, TITLE 40 AS "GENERAL PROVISIONS". - ratified title
